If you would like to be considered for a Head Coaching position, please submit an application (home page) to the Board for consideration. Assistant coaches are limited to five (5) per team as per TYFA rules. |
If you have equipment that is still in good, usable condition, and you'd like to donate it to the league, you may bring it to registration, or drop the league an email with your contact information.
Fees for the current year total $140 and will include TYFA fees, insurance, helmet and jersey. Additional required items are pads, mouth piece (must be blue and be able to attach to face mask), cleats, royal blue pants, practice jersey. These items are in addition to the items included with the $140 LYFCA fees. If you need assistance with these items or fees, please consult one of the coaches. All fees must be paid prior to uniform delivery. Home games will be played at Walter J. Baird Middle School. Click here for field locations of away games.
Lebanon Youth Football and Cheerleading Alliance is dedicated to the youth of this community. The coaches and board members will continually strive to uphold the principles of good sportsmanship and expect the same from the participants, their families and friends.
Age & Weight Divisions**
(age as of July 31 of the current year)
** All weights are the maximum weight to advance football. Players, regardless of weight, must play within their age division. Over the weight limit, player is considered a "Double Striper" or "Monster Man" and must play on the interior line
13 - 14 years old
Varsity - No weight limit
11 - 12 years old
AAA - 140 lbs
AA - 130 lbs
A - 120 lbs
9 - 10 years old
BBB - 115 lbs
BB - 105 lbs
B - 95 lbs
7 - 8 years old
CCC - 90 lbs
CC - 80 lbs
C - 75 lbs
5 - 6 years old
Pee Wee - 65 lbs
Jr. Pee Wee - 60 lbs

SINGLE LEVEL: less experienced player
DOUBLE LEVEL: 1-2 years experience
TRIPLE LEVEL: More experienced players
Triple level teams are fielded first, followed by double level, then single level.
In some instances, there are enough players in one age group to field additional teams at Double and/or Single level.
Coaches will evaluate all players for level placement.
